Auxiliary Stack
Web Printing Controls' Auxiliary Stack saves valuable press floor space while integrating your auxiliary press controls. The Auxiliary Stack unites any combination of closed loop color control, color to color register, web guide, silicone applicator, or motorized linear compensator with cutoff controls, and electronics enclosures into a single stack format. The Auxiliary Stack is available in either single or dual web configurations with common or individual sideframes.Closed Loop Color Plus
The Closed Loop Color Plus system scans a color bar from a moving web to adjust BOTH color register and inking to target density values. Fast color register together with color control and Color Management data collection help you optimize your process. The result is reduced waste, improved quality, and greater productivity.

Color to Color Register
The Color to Color Register system (CCR) automatically controls color to color register throughout the entire press run. CCR adjusts register during make readies and after restarts, speed changes, splice cycles, and blanket washes. Featuring a high speed imaging system and the industry's smallest register marks, CCR reduces paper waste while delivering high quality registered print.

Web Guides
Web Guides automatically control lateral web position through a steering mechanism located in the web path. As soon as the press starts to run, the system maintains the programmed lateral web position resulting in reduced waste and improved quality.

Optional Motorized Linear Compensator
Rugged three roll design with low inertia, spiral grooved rollers. Heavy duty lash-free screw mechanism, motorized with an AC synchronous stepping motor.

Optional Cutoff Controls or Ribbon Control System
Cutoff Controls automatically control print-to-process register. The system is proven to reduce associated cutoff waste. The Ribbon Control System automatically aligns ribbons laterally and circumferentially at make readies and re-starts and maintains good register throughout the press run. The result is less paper waste, fewer rebates, and improved product quality.

Optional Silicone Applicator
Silicone Applicators apply a thin layer of silicone coating to the top and/or bottom surfaces of the web to reduce static and prevent marking. The system provides safe and consistent silicone coverage at all press speeds with no worry of overflow.
